Post Rollout

Before the end of the project, we agree with our clients the level of support that they will require from us when the project has finished. Together we choose the best options for them in order to cover the ongoing activities of running a website, for example:

  • Monitoring the website, e.g. making sure that it is up.
  • Regular maintenance of the site.
  • Fixing defects that are uncovered after acceptance of the website.
  • Enhancements to the website.
  • Use of the CMS (Content Management System) if one is included in the website.
