Methodologies
A project is made up of many different activities, many of which happen concurrently. In order to complete each activity successfully we apply one or more methodologies. These tried and tested techniques and processes for completing each activity are our way of making sure each project benefits from our years of experience of running successful web projects.
Each of our methodologies is simple and easy to follow: most can be described in one page or less. Each describes how to apply the methodology and its expected outputs.
We recognise that no two projects are the same, so our methodologies are flexible: for each project we choose which will be needed and how far they will be applied. Although we have a structured approach to running projects, we do not believe in doing work for the sake of it. This philosophy is adhered to in everything we do; we will only do work that we believe will increase the chance of the success of the project (so no long-winded documents!).
Our methodologies are complemented by our adherence to coding standards.
