• Replacing a slow XML-based CMS for Wildlife Extra. The editors were struggling to add more content for fear of the website crashing. Now with proper technology in place (our Ecco CMS, driven by MySQL) the website is performing well and the editors have added over 1000 new articles since relaunch.
  
  
• Redesigning the Institute of Travel Management website. ITM offer a wealth of information and services to their users, but the previous website was not presenting these things in a way that made sense to users. We redesigned ITM.org.uk focussing on the needs of their users and delivered a highly user-centric website, with clear presentation of information and services.
