Building your website is only part of the story. A high quality website needs to be supported and enhanced to ensure that it evolves with your business. Bright Interactive's Customer Support team are available to provide help and support, giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that any questions you have will be answered quickly and any changes will be made quickly and reliably.

Your project should enter customer support as soon as it is completed, e.g. for a website, on the date on which it goes live.

There are many benefits to having your project in customer support:

  • You will have one point of contact, our Customer Support Manager, who will be able to discuss and prioritise requests with you.

  • Any defects that you find will be fixed for free.

  • You will have guaranteed response times to your requests. Developers (the people that will do the changes) will prioritise customer support work in relation to the importance of the problem, so your requests will be handled quickly.

  • There is a clear procedure for assessing the cost of enhancements.

Although our customer support package has standard elements, each support agreement is tailored to the specific needs of each customer and project. This means that we can offer you the best possible service that meets your needs and the needs of your users, within your budget.

For projects using one of our standard contracts, as a warranty on our work and to enable a smooth transition between a project and support, any defects found by you in the first six weeks of support will be fixed for free.
