Prior to Bright Interactive, Adam has worked with a Tunbridge Wells based web development agency as well as various London based agencies in all facets of design and development from web, mail and banner campaigns for high profile clients such as Suzuki, Honda and Pipex.
Adam graduated from the University of Brighton in 2004 after studying an HND in Multimedia and a BSC in Computer Science.
Adam enjoys photography and gaming.
Alastair is a UI Developer working on Asset Bank and our other custom software projects. He joined us straight from the University of Plymouth after securing a 1st class honours degree in BSc Digital Art & Technology, specialising in game design. During his time as a student Alastair spent his spare time and summers freelancing on a variety of web based projects for local companies such as a wifi login system used at Silverstone Formula One track last year.
In his spare time Alastair works on a variety of creative projects including: digital photography, Unity game development, Arduino/Raspberry Pi installations and other web applications.

Alex has over 10 year experience as working in IT Support, Dev Ops and Networking roles. Prior to joining the Customer Service team for Bright Interactive in April 2015, he was a Dev Ops Application Specialist working for BBC, Future Media and Technologies helping to re-engineer the BBC iPlayer using cloud technologies in the award winning Video Factory project
Andrew has never fought a bear, been shipwrecked or seen a UFO but he has lived and worked in Brighton since 2000.
He enjoys sea views and working with talented people so feels at home with Bright Interactive and makes sure the office runs as smoothly as possible.
Andy is one of our passionate Scrum Masters; always on the hunt for ways to improve his agile skills and those of the teams he serves. He has been working in the software industry since the bad old days of CP/M and is also a professional photographer and amateur music producer, wannabe but never-will-be physicist, geologist, astronomer and fan of all things scientific.
Angus is a software developer with experience ranging from Android and Arduino to full-stack enterprise development. Despite the name and the strong appreciation for both Irn Bru and whisky, he hails from the stormy shores of Cornwall.
Anthony is a software developer.

Ben studied at Reading University where he graduated with a 1st class masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Outside of work he can be found taking photos, starting numerous DIY projects, and pretending to be enthusiastic about football with his kids.
Ben Collins is one of Bright Interactive's development team. In 2014 he graduated from the University of Bristol with an MEng (2:1) in Computer Science, before starting his career with Bright Interactive. Before joining us on a permanent basis, Ben worked for the company as an intern on two separate occasions.
Outside of Bright Interactive, Ben runs Student Jailbreak - provider of SMS tracking systems for charity hitchhike events. He also has a passion for fundraising, and helped to raise over £400,000 in four years as an active member of Bristol RAG.

Carla is our Finance Administrator and has over 10 years experience number crunching in London, Australia and New Zealand. She is currently studying for her AAT level 2 certificate. When she's not thinking about numbers, Carla is a bit of a gym bunny. She also has a nice line in Christmas jumpers and related paraphernalia.
Caroline is responsible for the people processes at Bright Interactive including recruiting the right people, creating an environment within which people can develop and share their talents and ensuring we have fair and motivating systems in place. She is an active encourager of the more off-beat office activities such as book clubs, LAN parties and festival events.
Caroline has a degree in English Literature and Language with Psychology from Birmingham University. She started her career in advertising before specialising in HR and she now has 25 years of experience, 10 of which have been spent at Bright.
Chris joined the company in 2016 and brought with him a wealth of experience from his background working as a consultant, with particular specialisations in business analysis and change management. At Bright he is a member of our Professional Services team and works as a consultant for Asset Bank, delivering training and consultancy services to our clients.
Eric has almost 20 years experience in delivering business benefit using web technology and software engineering - working at IBM, Quidnunc, Find a Property, and running Bright Interactive for the past 15 years.
He's grown from graduate to experienced consultant through many roles: from test specialist, software developer, technical project manager, systems architect and director. This breadth of experience has given Eric insight into all aspects of web engineering and a solid understanding of how technology needs to meet real life requirements -- and how to spot when it won't!
Outside of work Eric takes a keen interest in education and learning, from home educating his two sons (a day a week), running Plumpton Geek Club and building weird and wonderful things with the Raspberry Pi and electronics.

George has worked as a web developer and web designer for a variety of companies including Acunetix and 3CX and has been developing applications as a freelancer, gaining valuable commercial experience over a wide range of technologies.
He has experience in Android development, Multi-platform desktop app development and full stack web application development.
George studied at the University of Athens (Greece) where he gained a Degree in Informatics and Telecommunications and at King's College London where he gained a Masters Degree in Advanced Software Engineering with Distinction.
Holly works with the Sales and Marketing teams. Holly has over 13 years PA experience, a background in Facilities Management and a personal obsession with being extremely organised, so knows how to keep all the plates spinning! Go on, see if you can throw another plate into the mix!
Jo is a member of the finance team
Kate is a Scrum Master and Project Manager in Bright Interactive's custom development team. Since graduating from the University of Cambridge, Kate has built-up over 7 years experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst delivering consulting and software projects to a range of public and private companies. Most recently she was a project manager at City and Guilds Kineo, delivering customised open source learning management systems to a variety of large organisations.
Kevin has 8 years of web development experience, including a work placement at IBM before joining Bright Interactive.
Kevin graduated in 2006 with an M.Sc. in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems from the University of Sussex. He also gained a 1st class honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
Kevin works on Customer Support.
Working in software development since 2010, Lloyd has gained experience with a wide range of technologies and systems. Previous companies include HSBC, Credit Suisse, and OpenBet. Technologies include Java and Python, under various application architectures, monolithic, and service based.
Marco is one of our developers working on the Asset Bank side of the business. Previously he has worked as a freelance engineer and web designer for a variety of companies, gaining valuable commercial experience.
Marco studied at the University of Bologna where he gained both a 1st Level Degree and a Masters Degree in Computing Science Engineering.
Martin has over 18 years experience in the software development industry. For the first 6 years he worked as developer for a software consultancy in London and San Francisco. For the last 12 years he has been running Bright Interactive.
His experience covers all aspects of the specification, architecture, design, development and project management of highly usable web applications and websites. His technical background includes a wide range of programming languages (including Java and C++), relational databases, Java Application Servers and the implementation of Digital Asset Management Systems.
Martin has a particular interest in applying lean principles to software development (through use of Agile and Lean Startup techniques), and in a leadership style that avoids a traditional top-down, hierarchical structure in favour of self-managed teams.

Matt is one of our technical leads, working on the build activities on our projects for the Asset Bank side of the business. Having worked in software development for 12 years, his skills include: Java, ASP.NET (C#), Python, Perl, object oriented design and database design.
Matt studied at Sussex University where he graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Computer Science.
Mike has over 9 years experience in the software industry, working primarily as a developer in Scrum & XP teams using Java & Python. He has experience spanning the full project life-cycle and specialises in test-driven development and automated testing & deployment.
Michael studied at the University of Sussex and graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence.
Nick Vowles is our Marketing Consultant, responsible for all marketing communications for Bright Interactive and Asset Bank.
He has 18 years marketing experience and is both IDM and Google Certified. After several years working in London and Brighton advertising agencies, Nick moved client-side working first as a Marketing Manager for VisitBrighton and then for Pierre & Vacances Centre Parcs Group.
He joined Bright Interactive as a our Part-Time Marketing Consultant in April 2013. One of his favourite things about the Bright office is the views of the sea and his local golf course. Unfortunately that's as close as he gets most of the year. When not working for us Nick becomes ADMAN, running marketing campaigns for a variety of small to medium size businesses. Nick is a fan of natural history; has an MSc in Bioinformatics; is the current holder of a handful of local mountain bike Strava KOM's.
Patrick has over 15 years experience in the IT industry, including 10 years where his main focus was technical support. At Bright Interactive Patrick works within the Asset Bank Customer Services Team and is involved in hosting activities, pre and post sales technical consultancy, technical support, software deployment, upgrades and server and data migrations.
Patrick studied at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (B ICT).
Paul has 15 years of experience in the software industry, with 6 years at Bright Interactive and 9 years working for Experian QAS. In his previous role Paul managed the organization's external facing websites and intranet. At Bright Interactive he is involved in sales and management. In his spare time Paul likes reading and gaming.
Rachel's role is within the Business Support team varies on a daily (hourly!) basis. Sometimes she is project coordinating, sometimes getting involved with marketing, sometimes working in HR... The list is endless! But, as she tells us, that's the way she likes it! When she's not rallying around Bright, Rachel enjoys travelling around, learning deutsch and losing herself in OS Maps in the UK countryside. So, if you see her wandering around a little lost - please point her in the direction of the nearest pub!

Rich works in our Asset Bank delivery team and has over 5 years experience in technical customer support. He has a passion for new technology and is always on the lookout for ways to deliver projects more effectively. Prior to joining Bright Interactive, Rich managed the support team at job board software specialist, Madgex.
Outside of Bright Interactive, Rich develops custom Wordpress sites with a little help from technologies such as Foundation, Sass and Gulp. He's also a keen cyclist and enjoys the occasional run.
Rob is part of our customer service team and has a background in infrastructure support having previously worked in systems & network administration at Heathfield School in Ascot. He graduated from Brighton University with a BSc in Business Computer Systems and also holds the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
In his spare time Rob enjoys keeping fit and can often be found at Preston Park Park Run on a Saturday morning. He also produces music in the trance and progressive house genres.
Ross is the Sales Manager for our Digital Asset Management system, Asset Bank. Prior to joining Bright Interactive 7 years ago, Ross ran his own business importing Japanese cars to the UK, in particular the retro looking Nissan Figaro. In addition to cars he's a bit of a language afficionado; speaking English, passable French, a smattering of Japanese, some choice Russian phrases and he is fluent in Canadian!
Ross either cycles or runs the 6 mile round trip commute to work each day; the wheels & heels approach! He's also learning to play mandolin and continually trying to improve his 5k and 10k running times.
Sam has 10 years specialist experience in high-level IT support. He has a broad range of skills which cover desktop software and hardware, databases, networks and server administration. In previous roles he has worked with NTL/Virgin, Mistral Internet, Brighton & Hove City Council, The Pensions Regulator and London law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.
At Bright Interactive he works in application and server support for Asset Bank, doing application support, upgrades and server/data migrations. Outside of Bright Interactive he is a keen snowboarder and cyclist. He also has 16 years DJing experience in clubs, pubs, bars, radio and festivals.
Sarah works as a Project Manager for Bright Interactive, managing small to medium custom web builds as well as Asset Bank installations. Sarah has recently joined Bright's Asset Bank Sales and Delivery team bringing over 10 years experience in client support and previous experience of Content Management Systems from a client perspective.
She studied at The University of York and has a BA (hons) in Philosophy.
With a diverse industry background and particular strength with Travel companies, Stewart combines technical experience from web development, database management and IT projects with a sales and marketing focus.
Vic is our Client Account Manager and part of the Asset Bank customer services team. Prior to joining Bright Interactive in February 2016, she held the role of Head of Client Services for a Brighton based digital agency where she managed a number of key accounts as well as a team of account managers.
Vic has enjoyed a varied career with jobs ranging from the sublime to the ridiculous - doughnut filler to fish monger...debt collector to bean packer - She’s never afraid to take on a challenge and has a real customer focus.
Her obsession with z-list celebrities and 80’s game shows including Bullseye, The Generation Game, You Bet and Going for Gold is often cause for concern within the team, however she has assured us it goes no further than online stalking. We’re yet to be convinced.
Warren has over 14 years experience in IT, including technical support roles at First Choice Holidays & ad agency iris Worldwide. Prior to joining Bright Interactive he was the Helpdesk Manager for Mac Consultants. At Bright Interactive he works on the Asset Bank Customer Services Team providing support and systems analysis.
Warren also has a BA in Fine Art, worked as a cruise ship photographer for two years, and for a time shared a house with Swampy the eco-warrior.
